Who we are
MetricNest Digital ("we", "us", "our") is a Cronulla-based digital marketing agency providing Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and other digital marketing services to businesses across Sydney’s Sutherland Shire and beyond. Our website address is: https://metricnest.com.au.
This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information we collect
We may collect personal information when you contact us, request a free AI visibility check or quote, subscribe to updates, or otherwise interact with our website or services. This can include your name, email address, phone number, business name, and details about your enquiry.
Website usage and cookies
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns. This includes tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel.
These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and actions you take on our site, and may set cookies that allow us (and these platforms) to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on other websites. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide quotes
- Deliver and improve our digital marketing services
- Run and measure Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including remarketing to past visitors
- Send updates about our services where you’ve asked to hear from us
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations
Sharing your information
We don’t sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted third parties who help us run our business and deliver our services, including Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), our website hosting and email providers, and any other service providers engaged on our behalf. These providers only receive the information they need and are required to keep it secure.
Comments and contact forms
If you leave a comment or submit a form on our site, the data you provide (along with your IP address and browser user agent string, to help detect spam) may be retained for follow-up and record-keeping purposes.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content, such as videos or maps. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if you had visited that website directly. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements, and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it’s inaccurate, and opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure.
